We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Reconciliation Team . The area of business focuses on cash, asset and listed derivatives reconciliation to assure accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) across all funds in accordance with BNY standard operating . This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Managing the performance of a multi-client reconciliation team - Providing guidance to a team under supervision to ensure that reconciliation records are maintained in accordance with regulations and departmental policies and procedures - Ensuring necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide complete, accurate and timely fund administration services to clients - Leading working relationships with all parties involved in fund accounting and reconciliation processes - Recruiting, directing and developing staff under supervision, maximizing their individual contribution and professional growth - Reconciling accounting and custody positional, investigation breaks and escalation support - Ensuring that standard procedures and controls are adhered to on a daily...
