Job description

JOB PURPOSE: This position analyses carrier freight bills for rating accuracy along with processing weekly customer invoicing for assigned accounts. Communicate with multiple departments to increase accuracy of automated processes. Foster a culture centered on quality work, team and individual personal and professional success while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics. Applicant must be a detailed oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Freight Bill Analysis: - Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients - Trouble-shoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an “audit” status - Communicate direct with carrier personnel on carrier issues - Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers - Communicate directly with customers for customer issues Client Management: - Make customer satisfaction the primary "driver" for successful quality processes with internal and external teams - Ensure issues are addressed immediately and appropriate parties are informed for on-time and proper resolution - Provide client feedback to the organization - Coordinate with other company departments where processes touch those groups - De...
