Job Details: This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Schedule. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 4:30am to 3:00pm Job Description: This non-skilled, entry-level position involves performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Consistently move racks of product weighing approximately 900 lbs. or greater throughout the day (approx. 48 racks) and boxes throughout the facility. Maintain a clean and safe workspace by operating machinery, counting, reading, scrubbing, soaping, rinsing, disinfecting, mopping, or buffing to meet sanitation requirements. Practice safe and delicate egg and chick handling, promoting proper Animal Welfare Guidelines. Occasionally lift approximately 30 lbs. and perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching for long periods (up to 10+ hours per shift).
