Job description
The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC, a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking Project Director for an upcoming opportunity in support of the Department of Labor’s Office of Job Corps. The Project Director serves as the senior lead and primary point of accountability for all contract performance, providing strategic oversight, technical direction, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of Data Integrity, Research, and Evaluation (DIRE) services in support of the Department of Labor’s Office of Job Corps. Key Responsibilities: - Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance, ensuring alignment with WIOA requirements and Job Corps objectives - Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness Oversee execution of: - Data validation, reporting, and analytics - Data integrity audits (DIA) - Research, evaluation, and policy recommendations - Lead development and refinement of performance accountability systems (PAS, WPR, OMS) - Ensure delivery of high-quality technical products, reports, and policy recommendations - Oversee Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes and prog...
