Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: VHB has an immediate need for a Team Leader of Site Investigation & Remediation (SI&R) to lead our growing SI&R practice on Long Island! This people-focused and market-connected leader will leverage established market connections and VHB’s talented business development team and professional service lines to successfully pursue and win business opportunities with new and existing clients. Responsibilities: - Carries out supervisory responsibilities, including planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating and coaching team member performance; promoting and monitoring quality assurance of services and deliverables; and coaching and mentoring. - Oversees and manages the success of SI&R revenue growth on Long Island, as well as project billing and collections, staff utilization and project profitability. - Engages and leads technical proposal teams or a major component of a proposal team. - Develops and manages employee staffing, recruitment, selection, and training plans. - Manages, plans, develops, organizes, and implements environmental investigation and remediation projects. - Explores subject area, defines scope, selects areas for investigation, a...
