Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Rebuild Support Machinist The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing parts cleaning and rebuilding and Preventative Maintenance support for the CHD FAB Metals and Etch maintenance teams. This position is responsible for effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain the toolsets for several Fab functional areas (Photo, Etch, Metals, Metrology, AMHS), including but not limited to: Etch AMAT 5200 MXP, MXP+ PM support (parts cleaning and rebuilding primary focus) Support of other fab areas may be required The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of fab functional areas. The desired candidate should have a solid understanding of 5s and demonstrate problem solving skills. The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
