Job description

SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer II that will perform aspects of commissioning assignments which require knowledge and application of basic engineering principles in a construction environment with a focus on successful commissioning. Using prescribed methods, performs specific and portions of commissioning assignments to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing owner project requirements: Assist in performing scope reviews: Assist in developing commissioning specifications: Assist in creating commissioning plans, checklists, and tests for basic systems Performing field visits and observing commissioning inspections and tests Develop working relationship with contractors, in the field, and assist in resolving commissioning issues observed during testing Assist in writing issue descriptions, field reports and final reports Assist in creating Systems Manuals: Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance All other duties as assigned: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil,...
