Storage Presales Consultant We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Storage Presales Consultant to join our team. This role combines sales responsibilities with storage-focused presales consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of storage technologies. Responsibilities: Sales: Proactively manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting to drive sales opportunities. Conduct initial customer meetings to understand needs and qualify opportunities. Collaborate with the field sales team to develop and execute account plans. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast information in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus). Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to partner development efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships. Presales Consultant (Storage): Design and architect complex storage solutions. Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and the sales team.
