About the role: The Product Group Specialist is responsible for guiding the adoption and operational success of a group of digital products within the RX Digital estate. This role involves supporting current, new product and feature roll out , creating accessible training and enablement materials, and collaborating with Business Units and Product teams to ensure smooth rollouts. The PGL monitors product performance at live events, identifies success factors, and helps document and share best practices for wider adoption. Acting as a link between product strategy and operational delivery, the PGL also leads a small team of Product Partners, managing recruitment, workload planning, and quality assurance.
