Are you ready to take on a leadership role and shape the future of a high-performing Fixed Income Sales and Capital Markets franchise? We are looking for a new Head of Fixed Income Sales to succeed the current leadership and further develop our established institutional client and capital markets business. As Head of Fixed Income Sales, you will lead the franchise, combining active client engagement with strategic leadership and commercial accountability. What would your role be?: - Lead and manage the Fixed Income Sales team (5 FTEs), fostering a high-performance culture, mentoring talent, and ensuring strong collaboration across functions. - Own the P&L of the Fixed Income business, including revenue generation, cost management, and budget planning/monitoring. - Define and execute the strategic direction of the Fixed Income Sales franchise, ensuring sustainable growth and market relevance. - Provide comprehensive sales coverage of the Fixed Income product range (government bonds, SSAs, covered bonds, corporate bonds, private placements, etc.). - Maintain and further develop senior client relationships with key Swiss and international institutional investors, acting as a trusted p...
