Description Athletic Communications Department: Operating proactively and collaboratively as part of Lafayette College’s Communications Division, the Athletic Communications Department serves to publicize and promote Lafayette through the College’s 23 NCAA Division I sports. Utilizing strategic public relations, marketing and communications efforts, Lafayette’s outstanding student-athletes are showcased for their incredible balance of athletic endeavors and academic pursuits. Responsibilities: o Increasing non-gameday content to promote Lafayette’s mission and core values - Reporting directly to the Video Production Manager and the Video Production Assistant - Direct live broadcasts for ESPN+/Lafayette Sports Network - Manage a team of freelancers - Set up and breakdown equipment for broadcasts - Assist in continuing to curate a brand for Lafayette Athletics Qualifications: o Experience with NewTek Products (Tricaster, 3 PLAY, NC I/O), and SimplyLive preferred but not required Part-time position, Hours will vary by week and sports schedule.
