Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Superintendent to lead and manage complex construction projects within the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique requirements and regulations associated with healthcare environments, including infection control protocols, sensitive infrastructure, and patient safety considerations. The Senior Healthcare Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate multiple trade contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
