Senior Associate, Transfer Pricing

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team, offering the opportunity to influence client business decisions, engage directly with senior practitioners, and build deep commercial and economic expertise within a collaborative and flexible team culture. This position is hybrid. This position can be located in Boston, Chicago, or New York office. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day efforts on client engagements involving the development and delivery of innovative transfer pricing strategies which address a broad spectrum of economic issues Support audit defense and controversy matters, including information requests, responses, and analytics Support project managers in conducting functional interviews across business, operational, R&D, and commercial teams to validate facts and decision‑making Build and review financial and economic models (Excel‑based; advanced tools a plus) Draft professional, client‑ready deliverables that clearly tie facts, economics, and tax positions together Assist in the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models for large multinational enterprises Review intercompany legal agreements to en...
