Job Description: Packaging Technologist (f/m/x) in Mars Petcare, R&D Department Location: 05-870 Pass / Błonie: ***hybrid work*** We are looking for a driven and technically curious professional to join our Site R&D team and play a key role in the development and implementation of packaging solutions. In this role, you will lead and support cross‑functional projects that contribute to business growth, cost optimization and continuous improvement, while ensuring the highest standards of Quality and Food Safety. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and deliver product, process and/or packaging development and implementation projects in line with growth and cost optimization strategies Lead project‑based technical and risk analyses, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks related to products, processes, raw materials and packaging changes Drive continuous improvement in product design, performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency Manage site product, process and packaging recipes and specifications in line with PNE design principles and standards Support and perform technical risk assessments for changes to raw materials, recipes, products, processes and packaging, ensuring ri...
