Description Summary: This position entails performing regular maintenance technicians of assigned jobs. Duties include performing work involving the skills of two or more trades to maintain building and common areas components and structures. Duties may involve carpentry, concrete, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, etc. Skills and Abilities: - Skilled Maintenance Technician requires (3) or more years of working experience in at least 2 of the following trades: Framing, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, Stucco, Masonry, and/or Roofing. - Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not a requirement for the position. - Valid Driver’s License without any restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years. - Ability to use various construction, power, and hand tools. - Possesses all necessary tools to complete various job assignments. - Knowledgeable and ability to perform research and problem-solving in most aspects of construction and maintenance. - Has working knowledge of construction materials, material applications, and tools. - Self-starter, and the ability to work unsupervised. - Good communication skills. -...
