Description Field Operations Manager: East Territory: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager (FOM) for the east territory. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) position plays an integral role in the planning and execution of our Account Development Growth Strategy by leading and developing the Regional Income Development Team. The primary responsibility for the Regional Income Development Team Development Team is to maximize dealer participation in fFlexCare's full suite of F&I products by providing both internal and external training, sales support and completion of account development activity. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is responsible for leading, managing and reporting all organic sales growth, account development and retention activity.
