Location: Bucharest / Iasi Work model: On-site Schedule: 09:30 – 18:00 (30 min lunch break) Travel availability: ~30% (within Romania, plus Poland, Moldova, Bulgaria, Marocco) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our commercial perimeter (acquisitions)by managing the full employee life cycle and partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders. This role combines operational HR execution with business partnering responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively, and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment. The position is operational in nature, with a strong field component and direct exposure to commercial activities.
