UX Designer, AI Developer Experience

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. - Experience in prototyping interactive design concepts to test ideas (e.g., Figma, Claude). - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, or researchers) to build digital products. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, designing for AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or agentic workflows. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design rationale and translate technical complexity into intuitive user experiences. - Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces with guidance from executive UX leaders.
