We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Field Engineer to join our team working in the Las Vegas area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as Liaison or Main Contact / Coordinator with Client (City/Owner) and Contractor during construction projects - Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project - Facilitate Progress/Owner Meetings - Prepare Meeting Minutes and distribute to Project Team - Interpret and provide recommendations for the Prime Contract between Contractor and City/Owner - Oversee Construction Contract Budget, Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applicati...
