Job Description OnStar is a cornerstone of General Motors’ connected services—bringing safety, security, diagnostics, navigation, and convenience to customers through the mobile apps , website , and the in-vehicle experience , supported by a complex set of cloud services and integrations operating at global scale. To support this, we’re scaling our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization in Dublin, responsible for keeping the OnStar product line resilient, performant, and scalable for millions of customers. We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in SRE, cloud operations, and project ownership to help build and improve reliability practices across our customer-facing OnStar experiences and the services behind them. What You’ll Be Doing: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and observable infrastructure supporting OnStar mobile and web experiences, in-vehicle services, and the backend platforms and integrations that power them.
