A key part of your role is designing and validating mechanical solutions. While working on both recently installed systems and installations that have been running for many years. This requires affinity for legacy equipment and the ability to apply modern engineering solutions, without disrupting ongoing operations. You work with live operational environments (brownfield), where systems remain running during upgrades.
