Sr. IT Analyst Full Time Perm: Salary: $96,600 - $144,900, plus 8% annual bonus Way of Work : Hybrid - 3 days on location Location : Columbus, OH (Preferred) or Merrillville, IN The IT Capacity Planning team works closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, PMO, and other various partners to build data driven analytic dashboards that gives the organization clear and actionable visibility into current resource utilization, future demand, and capacity risk. By working closely with these teams to provide these dashboards, we help enable prioritization and proactive decision making for the teams we support. As the Senior IT Analyst, this role will partner with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements to design and develop data models and Power BI visualizations that reveal actionable insights. You will be responsible for translating user requirements into interactive dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions based on available data.
