Facilities Capital Planning Engineer

Develop and manage Facilities capital plans to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of infrastructure supporting Technology Development (TD), High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM), and non-manufacturing buildings. Partner with Finance, Operations, Design, Construction, and Global Facilities to prioritize projects, prepare business cases, and maintain governance through CALM/CAPAP and related processes. Build and maintain the capital project portfolio, present monthly funding requests to executive leadership. Coordinate with the US Expansion Team and construction teams to comply with COW (Change Order Workflow) and SOW (Scope of Work) processes through contracts with general contractors. Partner with Global Facilities for alignment on standards and funding priorities.
