About the team: The Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU. As a Merchandise Acquisition / Incubation Intern, you will support the EU-MAI team with merchant onboarding, product listing, and high-potential product incubation. This role offers hands-on exposure to EU E-commerce operations, merchant education, merchandise strategy, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in scaling sellable merchandise supply across European markets while improving merchant experience and product quality on the platform. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
