Value Stream Manager Department: Manufacturing - Machine Shop: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Columbia, PA - Plant: Description: The Value Stream Manager (VSM) will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and continuously improving one of two product value streams (Gruvlok or Threaded Fittings) within the machine shop. This role ensures that customer requirements for each specific product group are achieved at the highest levels of safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness. The VSM serves is a key leader who integrates the workforce, materials, machines, processes, and lead-times to drive KPI’s for a specific product families. How You Will Help: Leadership & People Management: - Lead a cross-functional team of supervisors, engineers, and operators within the value stream. - Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
