About your role: We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager – Health & Personal Care to play a critical role in driving growth across our Personal Care portfolio, with scope to expand into Health & Nutrition over time. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll own the portfolio strategy, manage key supplier relationships, influence product direction, and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and customers to bring new ingredients and solutions to market. The portfolio spans a diverse range of ingredients largely focused on skincare, suncare, haircare and body care applications, combining high-volume commodities with specialised, value-add ingredients used in customer NPD pipelines.
