Job Description The Production Manager owns the operations function — planning, organizing, directing and controlling production activities to ensure all food preparation and packaging comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety regulations, and Kraft Heinz standards. This role is both strategic and tactical and is designed for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and build processes from the ground up. This role offers career growth opportunities, including progression toward a future Plant Manager role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list. - Participate in QRMP audits and develop procedures and corrective actions. - Ensure adherence to Kraft Heinz quality standards, GMPs, SOPs, and company specifications to guarantee product quality and food safety. - Prepare departmental costs and variances related to productivity, planning, labor scheduling, product scheduling, raw materials, packaging supplies, product weights, sanitation and housekeeping. - Organize and facilitate production line activities to mee...
