Product Support Intern- College Department: Machine Division (MAC): Employment Type: Internship: Location: Irving-Las Colinas: Description: The Intern will receive on-the-job training. The intern's primary purpose is to learn and develop an understanding of the overall operation of their assigned department. This is a leadership development position for college students. The Intern Leadership Trainee will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of focused developmental activities, assignments, and rotations over 8 weeks. During this period, the incumbent will develop an understanding and skills to lead and influence within the Values-Based Leadership (VBL) culture using Holt’s leadership language, tools, models, and processes.
