ABOUT THE ROLE: The Program Manager, Investigations & Compliance Monitoring will investigate cross-border concerns and manage our compliance monitoring framework. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can navigate complex, sensitive investigations across multiple jurisdictions while building and maintaining a proactive compliance monitoring framework that identifies and mitigates risk. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership on investigation outcomes, compliance trends, and risk mitigation strategies. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON: - Lead and manage cross-border internal investigations involving fraud, workplace security concerns, theft (including time theft), and related misconduct - Develop and maintain investigation protocols, including intake, scoping, evidence collection and preservation, witness interviews, root cause analysis, and reporting - Coordinate with outside counsel, forensic accountants, and other third-party advisors as needed - Prepare clear, well-organized investigation reports with findings and conclusions for senior leadership - Track investigation metrics and trends to identify systemic issues and inform compliance program impro...
