About This Position CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Program Directors to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a full-time, 40hrs./week, exempt position that will be working in our Boston, MA location. This position is eligible for benefits and has a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with rotating on-call responsibility and an annual salary ranging from $70,300 - $91,300.
