Description POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading maintenance support staff, coordinating work assignments, ensuring equipment and systems remain operational, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food-grade compliance. The Lead will work directly alongside the team while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and correctly. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Coordination - Lead and support a team performing routine and project-based maintenance tasks. - Assign daily work orders and prioritize tasks based on production and facility needs. - Ensure all assigned work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. - Provide training and guidance to team members on equipment, cleaning procedures, and safety expectations. - Communicate daily maintenance needs, repairs, and project progress to management.
