Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Coordinator help coordinate all promotions, on and off property special events, entertainment and concerts. Provide additional support to the Marketing management team. You will report to the Promotion Manager. Requirements: - You will implement all of drawings/giveaway, tournaments, all kinds of non-gaming & gaming promotions/events, and prepare all of relative paperwork such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms and any others needed. - Arrange all promotional materials/items needed for gift giveaway, decoration for all promotions and entertainment events. - Setup and clear off the promotional stage as scheduled. Maintain the promotional stage/booth/working terminals/inventory storage clean, neat and sufficiently equipped. - Provide support for reception, filing, reporting, tracking and trafficking for special events and marketing. - You will coordinate in execution of on/off property events. - Update the mobile digital content on gaming floor. - Help prepare pa...
