The Role As Head of Platform & DevOps you will own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of RedCloud's global infrastructure. You'll lead a talented Platform & DevOps (CloudOps) team, shaping the architecture that powers markets across multiple regions and enabling every engineering squad to ship with confidence. This is a hands-on leadership role you'll set direction, make key architectural decisions, and be the person other engineers look to when things get hard. What You'll Do: Platform Architecture & Reliability: - Own the architecture of our global cloud infrastructure across one or more providers - Drive FinOps practices to keep costs controlled without sacrificing resilience - Ensure all infrastructure is captured as code and repeatable across every market deployment - Partner with Security to embed protection into architecture from the ground up - Manage technical debt transparently, flagging risk to senior leadership when business pressure pushes it higher CI/CD & Developer Enablement: - Own the CI/CD stack — making it fast, reliable, and easy for every engineer to use - Integrate automated testing and security tooling into pipelines - Champion deployment strategies...
