Privacy Compliance Analyst (Hybrid)

Job description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Privacy Compliance Analyst to support all Business Lines and Functions across Morgan Stanley and promote fair, transparent, and lawful practices related to the processing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The successful applicant will work within Privacy NFR and focus on assisting with the management of the privacy program, which could include risks and controls assessments, monitoring and testing, training, assisting with policies and procedures, and governance activities for key meetings. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the Legal and Compliance Department who is charged with day-to-day analysis of the Firm's compliance with core regulatory requirements.
