Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of 900-6,000 past-due accounts at any given time, with past-due balances ranging up to $1 million.• Perform account/payment reconciliation.• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve disputes behind aging invoices.• Analyze issues at the root cause for nonpayment, and work with appropriate parties to improve these processes moving forward.• Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail regarding amounts due or past due and establish strong business relationships.
