Support Coordinator 26913 Description Support Coordinator (Hospital Discharge): Salary £27500 / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140 Permanent. Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton and The Link, Yeovil .
