Job DetailsJob Location: Oakmont Country Club - Oakmont, PA 15139Position Type: Part TimeJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Customer ServiceValet attendants are responsible for greeting members and guests promptly upon arrival at the Club. Valets primary responsibilities include greeting members and guests, parking vehicles, retrieving vehicles, along with answering questions. Park automobiles for members and guests Assist members and guests with golf clubs Help members and guests in and out of automobiles; open lobby doors Assist members and guests with personal belongings Provide directions to various places throughout the clubhouse. Issue tags for every guest to inform caddie master what member they are playing with Distribute rules and regulation cards to all guests Return clubs to vehicles and travel bags when necessary Retrieve automobiles and return keys to guests and members. Assist with handling deliveries Respond to member/guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures Refer member/guest problems or complaints to a member of the leadership team.
