Standards & Control Plan (MQRG) Specialist

Job description

The Process Conformity/MQGR Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between plant operations and manufacturing operational standards. The MQGR Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate process standards. The MQGR Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for continuously updating the Process Audit Checklist. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Alignment between standard method and Plant quality audit execution - Identify training gaps of the auditors - Organization of specific training session on the job - Audit Issues action plans monitoring & read across - Process Audit check list update - Driving the development and deployment of MQGRs, MQAS, Corporate Process Guidelines, Process Standards and associated requirements - Managing the priority of Quality issues and communicating them to the correct individuals, as well as continuously soli...
