The Head of Global FSQ Excellence will be responsible for ensuring the company’s global food safety and quality is efficient and best in class from design and execution perspective. This position will lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, and programs across the Quality organization. This role will also lead a team of professionals dedicated to building and implementing best in class technologies in Quality Control, analytics, digitalization, and laboratory operations. Responsible for collaborating with various Quality leaders in Global organization to develop clear global food safety and quality efficiency and technology goals, and strategies that provide the proper blend of autonomy and oversight.
