The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center of Denver (JCC) is seeking a responsible, customer-focused, and eager individual who enjoys hands-on work for the position of Facility Maintenance Technician. Under the direction of the Director of Property Management, the Facility Maintenance Tech will engage in all aspects of daily facility management of our campus in Denver. The Facility Maintenance Tech is responsible for responding to the service needs of internal staff, our guests, and vendors. Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for performing daily facility management and general building maintenance for grounds and common areas. Includes, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, painting, landscaping, snow removal, etc. Assist in maintaining an annual preventative maintenance program for all key systems.
