Compensation Salary Schedule: Overview: To ensure OCPS reaches its planned sustainability and conservation goals and to maintain a healthy and safe environment for OCPS staff and students. Responsibilities and Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited institution - Three (3) years of experience in - Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in management - Must have a valid Florida drivers’ license. - The incumbent is considered to be “essential personnel” during an emergency and can be subject to being held over or called back to a district location at all times. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to administer and support programs related to various sustainability topics, including but not limited to, waste reduction, energy conservation, water conservation, education, wellness, and transportation. Ability to work and communicate effectively with building administrators, staff, students, community members, federal, state, and local government regulatory agencies, and inter-personal skills required.
