Job Summary: Perform all duties to get orders prepped for completion including CNC routing, saw operation, Accubend operation and Cut Up/ Get Ready. Job Responsibilities: CNC Operation: - Set up material and machine. - Select and install correct bits and cutting speeds for material usage - Read and understand cut plates and be able to perform knife cut Accubend Operation: - Operator Accubend machine including troubleshooting problems. - Maintain maintenance log and perform maintenance according to schedule Saw Operation: - Select proper material and length to eliminate waste - Operate radial arm saw - Screw extrusion together Cut Up/Get Ready: - Read blueprint and cut materials to order - Spot weld material for jobs as needed - Other duties as assigned Requirements: Education and Experience: · High School diploma or GED required · Manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Cognitive thinking skills · Read tape measures and performing simple math ie: %...
