Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Intake Support Coordinator to support daily intake operations for our home health agency. This role is responsible for coordinating intake activities, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining authorizations, supporting referral processing, and ensuring excellent customer service to patients, staff, and referral sources. The hourly range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $27-$30; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
