This leadership role oversees all financial operations, job costing, payroll, compliance, and reporting while supporting executive leadership and project teams. The ideal candidate brings strong construction accounting experience, deep knowledge of WIP reporting and job costing, and the ability to manage financial performance across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full accounting operations using QuickBooks Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processing Prepare and review AIA billing , pay applications, lien releases, and requisitions Maintain and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR Summary) Manage job costing and project profitability reporting Handle certified payroll reporting and compliance Oversee wrap-up insurance pr...
