Market Data Application Support Analyst, Technology Directorate Permanent: Full time: Location - Leeds: Flexible Working Options: This role is open to flexible working patterns, these may include: - Ability to adapt calendar as needed, this could be to fit in the school run, gym, or appointments - A 50% in-office attendance requirement can be spread across the month to accommodate diverse working patterns, such as the flexibility to purchase a weekly train ticket for certain weeks - Working from abroad policy (subject to approval and policy within the team) Day in the Role: You will be contributing your knowledge and expertise towards the support, continual improvement and development of our Market Data/3rd party data services, ensuring our business users gain most value from the services/subscriptions they have access to. The daily hands-on function of monitoring incident and request tickets, ensuring SLA’s are met is key to the role which is balanced with the requirement to plan and implement both internal and vendor led changes.
