Process Leader, Quality

Job description

The Process Leader is primarily responsible for maintaining compliance and continuous improvement of the ATI Specialty Materials’ quality management system. This role will support implementation and compliance to customer and industry quality system requirements and continuous improvement in the manufacturing and business functions. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) - Lead investigations into product or process non-compliance and drive implementation of corrective actions, quality improvement projects, and the use of continuous improvement tools. - Develop and improve work instructions, quality procedures, and supporting documents for quality and manufacturing business functions. - Develop and manage project plans for critical process measurement and improvements. - Maintain quality records and modify procedural documents. - Implement and trend statistical process control (SPC) on critical processes. - Support Operations through monitoring, approving, and improving calibration functions, furnace surveys, and other quality-release processes. - Support execution of detrimental material control requirements throughout all operations. - Maintain knowledge of customer r...
