Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Food Quality Responsibilities: This position monitors food quality attributes during production runs. Must verify quality program records. Implements Process Quality Control programs as follows: monitors and/or verifies process control checks (scale verification, slice count, etc.). Monitors documentation of the label verification program and the product formulation program. - Auditing & HACCP Plan Responsibilities: Performs GMP audits in production areas and must correct and help retrain other team members as appropriate. Trained as a HACCP Authority, where applicable, to verify and preship HACCP records. Performs audits on the documentation of process and HACCP records.
