Position Title Network Engineer II Liberty Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: The Network Engineer II is part of the network infrastructure team that is responsible for design, administration, and support for our enterprise infrastructure operations. This Engineer plans and implements local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols and supports/troubleshoots network issues while providing level I support. The Network Engineer II conducts short term planning to meet network requirements and network growth. Assesses network performance to ensure it meets present and future needs of the business and provides network planning and recommendations to management. This Engineer ensures the stability and integrity of The University of Kansas Hospital's enterprise data, voice, and wireless network while assisting level III engineers in the enterprise wide network development and design.
