Job Summary: The HR Generalist, Talent & Onboarding leads full-cycle recruitment and ensures a warm, mission-aligned onboarding experience for all new Vision House employees. This role supports HR operations, culture-building efforts, compliance processes, and annual HR programs. Working closely with the HR Director and hiring managers, this position ensures staffing needs are met while cultivating a welcoming, values-driven employee experience.
