Reports to: Sr. Advertising and Marketing Manager Purpose and Objective of Position: This position will be responsible for marketing materials production for national and local programs and services. This role acts as a support function for the Marketing Department along with Franchisee and internal department requests. Key Accountabilities: Marketing production and management of the Local Store Marketing support function activities will include but are not limited to: - Organization and fulfillment of all production related materials for the Marketing Department, other Support Center departments and external Franchisee custom art requests. - Manage 3rd Party Delivery vendor partnership, franchisee relations, promotions and reporting. - Administer ongoing loyalty campaigns including coordinating design assets, email setup, segmenting, reporting and analysis. - Develop, execute and grow the SMS messaging program. - Collaborate with internal and external creative services and vendors to develop and deliver creative briefs and requests, product marketing materials, and coordinate shipping. - Work with marketing operations to deliver national and local materials to the warehouse and en...
